British and World bench press championships, attempt by attempt, with the videos and the numbers.
Four British bench press titles (2020, 2021, 2022 and 2024), sixth at the 2021 Worlds in Lithuania, fourth in Kazakhstan in 2022, bronze in South Africa in 2023 and a 175 kg personal best in Texas in 2024. Also two full powerlifting meets, in 2019 and 2021.

Andrew hasn't competed since his hip replacement. Instead he has volunteered for British Powerlifting, rebuilding its email, AGM voting and championship entries.

At the 2024 IPF World Bench Press Championships in Austin, Texas, Andrew benched 157.5, 167.5 and 175 kg in the 74 kg Open class, the last a personal best.
